About Charlotte Monaghan
Charlotte was admitted to practice in 2015 and has practised exclusively in family law since that time at a highly regarded family law firm in Melbourne. Charlotte and her partner relocated to the Sunshine Coast in 2018. She has a broad base of knowledge and experience in a range of family law matters including complex financial and parenting disputes.
Charlotte is a pragmatic solicitor and is focused on achieving cost effective and timely outcomes for her clients, using strong advocacy skills to reach resolutions outside of Court wherever possible.
If Court litigation becomes necessary, Charlotte has experience personally appearing in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia in relation to property settlements, spousal maintenance applications, children’s matters, divorce and Family Violence proceedings.
