Johanna Jade

Director

Johanna began her working life in the Law Industry and has never looked back. From humble beginnings as a receptionist at a Law Firm as a teenager, Johanna has gained much experience and skill and has worked her way through the ranks to become co-owner of Mumfords Lawyers.

Johanna’s main areas of interest are Estate Administration including Probate and Letters of Administration, Negligence, Defamation, Debt Recovery and Property Law, including Residential conveyancing and Retirement Leases, Sales and Purchases.

Johanna is kind, compassionate and thoughtful. Each matter is treated as if it is her own with each client treated as family. Johanna prides herself on her ability to foresee potential issues and source solutions quickly to mitigate risk.

Tamsin Gomez-Walker

Legal Practitioner Director

Tamsin is a Lawyer with over 10 years legal experience and predominantly practices in the area of property law. From the start, Tamsin wanted to be the best Lawyer she could be and service her clients it the best way possible. To ensure she was able to do this and gain all the necessary skills needed she worked as a paralegal in a law firm whilst completing her Bachelor of Laws. After becoming qualified Tamsin worked in a international law firm and gained experience in all areas of property law under the guidance of some of Queensland’s more respected property law specialists.

Tamsin interests include Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Leasing and Retirement Villages. She is particularly experienced in the sale and purchase of lots in a community titles schemes and “off the plan” contracts having acted for developers in preparing contracts to the successful settlements of apartments in large residential complexes. She also has experience in Will and Estates.

Tamsin understands whether you are buying or selling a house or administering your parents estate it is a stressful and emotional time. She will guide you through the process in a professional and friendly manner, providing individualised advice to protect you and help you reach your goals.

Erin Green

Conveyancer

Erin loves her clients! Erin enjoys interacting with her clients, getting to know who they are and what they want out of their transaction. Erin is calm, compassionate and empathetic, and is highly experienced in handling property settlement conveyancing for Family Law clients.

Tom Gerhard

Admin Assistant

Thomas is a man of many talents. He provides reception/administration services to our Clients and is also a Junior paralegal. Thomas will be studying Law next year at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Experienced in administration, Thomas assists in ensuring all clients’ needs are met and all aspects of the practice run smoothly and with efficiency.

Jahna Cafe

Admin Assistant

Jahna started with Mumfords as a work experience student, looking to gain some practical experience for her Law degree, which she is currently studying at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Jahna did such an exceptional job that she was asked to stay on as a part-time Junior receptionist and paralegal.

Jahna is developing a strong passion for family law and wills and estates and is hopeful to one day be a practising family lawyer. Jahna is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction within the firm and strives to make every client feel welcomed.
